I guess there is no other way around it....dieting is no longer gonna do the trick to loose the rest of these 10-15 lbs. I wanna loose. I need to do some hard core, sweat my butt off, work out every day exercising. I just got lazy and this is where I am at. I also need to core and strength train so I target those problem areas. Besides, I like being stronger and defined and slightly muscular...it makes me feel good.
