I think my body is doing the same thing it did in the middle of summer, recording a slight gain for weeks on end. What happened last September was that I finally lost the 10 lbs I was sure would come off, but wasn't registering. So instead of a steady loss week by week, it went up and down and up and down and then one day, all the weight was gone. What was that? Obviously it was water retention. I guess its hard cause I want so badly to see the scale keep going down. But since I'm following the diet, counting net carbs however, I'm sure it will drop off again. But when? One thing that I am doing different is adding avocados which I need for fiber. Without eating traditional fiber sources, I think it is the only way I can get the fiber I need. Maybe I need to drop the avocado?

I completely understand what you mean about the weight loss, Silver. I am really hoping that I see a loss tomorrow when I weigh. Give it time, your carbs look good, and I am sure that the weight will come off. The avocado is an acceptable food, so I think that you are fine!
