I'm a little bit frustrated....I gained from yesterday but I exercised and did not eat over my calorie intake. Although I am doing minimal exercising so I guess I can't complain too much....its harder for me to be motivated now that I'm back home. The weather is cooling down so hopefully we will be able to be more active.
