I just saw your last post and hope that the stress has subsided a bit. Feeling a bit tense is only natural when one is changing jobs or/especially careers. I wish you the best of Luck in finding something or someplace where you can feel at peace and be productive at the same time.  In the meantime, I think you can be happy with your weight which, under the circumstances, isn't something to be taken for granted. Good job mirej! 

Hey my friend! thanks for your much appreciated note! I always know there will be a little note from you when I get here. It feels good =) Well another week and the job switch will be done, I am sure it will work well, everyone is so sad that I am leaving and they tried to keep me so bad... but I've made my decision and it's time for a change. I am happy with my current weight and hope to keep it like this. Thanks for checking in and enjoy your weekend! =)
