Okay so I was right about going up after our little celebration. But Look out World here I come, Back in the swing and back to work to lose the remainder and get to where I will be comfortable. So already got 8 miles in on my bike this morning and doing a bit at work, just vacuumed the office and actually broke a sweat doing it....shoulda waited till the end of the day.....Oh well. So here is to making progress from here on out!!!!
