Woohoo. Things are going pretty well. I'm really feeling like I'm on my way to success, and feeling more and more motivated everyday. I posted a video on facebook pretty much putting it all out there making myself accountable to my friends and family. I was pretty nervous, but I have recieved a groundswell of support from many people. Someone has actually donated a very nice treadmill to me to help me on my journey. And yesterday I looked in the mirror and had to do a double-take. I was surprised at how much I could tell in my appearance.
