woops!!! a bit of a gain there! im hoping its water! lol, no really, ive been doing some new exercises and my thigh muscles are sreaming!!! so i really hope this gain is some water retention because of that.
70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,2 kg a la Semana

weighed in at 70-3 this morn, so must have been water ,yay!

You are doing so well!!! You are hovering right over that goal line. It is true that working our large muscles make us retain water in the short term but that is what keeps us lean in the long term. Exercise is totally worth the pay off. Keep it up!!
