I'm only weighing in once per month. I'm leaning out and building muscles which is not showing up on the scale as of yet. I'm hoping on March 1st, that the weight starts back falling off, however, as long as I can comfortbly wear my clothing I'm good! Besides, I gave all of my larger size clothing away.:) I love the way I feel and look. Watching this mature body tone up and slim down is exciting and I can't beat how healthy I feel! Be well.
