FINALLY the scale is moving as it should! I'm doing really really well throughout the week, and less well on the weekends, but that's what flex is for. Gearing up for Thanksgiving, so trying not to consume flex points (more or less at all) throughout this week.

99,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
