There - I finally 'fessed up about my weight. Up 2 lbs. Makes me sad, but there it is. Well I should be off worker's comp soon & I have started running again, albeit in small doses of 2 or 3 minutes at a time. The calories need to come back down, I tracked yesterday but am guilty of NOT logging all those chocolate bites I take during the day. Yeah, need to work on that....
66,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
