Apparently I cannot eat what I want as it says in the book.... I am upping the dosage to 3 Tbsp oil a day (or 4 if necessary), because so far it's starting to feel like I have to really watch my calorie intake. It's starting to feel like a control-calorie-counting diet.... Nacho, I don't know how you lose over 3 kg every week.... Are you eating at all? How are you getting the necessary nutrition?
