was really surprised to see my weight down today, but will take it...lol...been tryin to keep a closer track of my salt and fat intake...
129,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

412 kcal Grasa: 7,89g | Prot: 45,34g | Carbh: 39,44g.   Desayuno: cheerios, water, banana. Almuerzo: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added. Cena: 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, one of my home grown tomato, chicken breast, water, lettuce. Pasa Bocas / Otros: turkey breast lunch meat, Gela Delight gelatin dessert(jello). más...
