Back to square one and then some! Ok, so health wise I have been WAY off the wagon for a while now, been suffering illness and fatigue because of it and lots of headache and other health problems, but I am about to turn all that around. I WILL beat this thing. Let's talk about the health and then talk about the plan shall we? First off, the last week and half have been migraine and headache central, but I've been doing my best to manage this. Took the Relpax several days in a row and also the sledgehammer medicine. Worked somewhat, no severe symptoms, but still not where I want to be yet. Lots of pressure in my eye, watering and an eye twitch for three weeks that just absolutely will not go away. Ugh. All that being said. I have gotten over the sinus infection pretty effectively that kept me down all winter, and now I am back up and exercising and taking full advantage of the possibility to lose this weight. I am GOING to lose it and I am going to keep it off this time. Hate the way I look and feel. Angry that I ever let myself get to this point again. We Americans, we just overeat and don't do anything to make up for it, period.

So the plan. Today gonna look back at old journal entries and plan out some meals for the next week. Also going to check out spark people. Gonna come up with menus for the week to be stuck to religiously and entered into the journal. That's phase one. Phase two is to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes or longer. Gonna exercise while watching one show a day and when I feel I am stronger and gaining endurance, gonna bump that up to anytime I am using my computer at home. Also gonna hook up the Kinect this weekend and start doing some of the exercise workouts on there. Final part of Phase 2 is to learn some strength endurance techniques and what is best for slimming down. Phase 3 - The wager, have an ongoing bet with co-workers to lose the most weight, gonna do it and gonna WIN!!

That is the three phase plan. Working out at my desk as I type this, so I am definitely on the right track!!
