Okay so I had a bit of a set back. But now I am back in the swing of things. Settled in at the new job, school is back in session and failed at quitting smoking. But I am back to studying and back on the quit smoking meds.
Celebrated our 7 year anniversary in NYC this last weekend. So no more things to get in the way of the year end diet goal. There are no birthdays or holidays for us this years (economy is kicking our butts) so nothing to get in the way of me attaining my year end goal.
So here it is for the whole Fat Secret World to see:
YEAR END DIET GOAL: To hit a 1. That is it. Have a number 1 for my 1st number in weight.

Glad to see you back! I had a bit of a set back too. All we can do is keep moving forward and be gentle to ourselves. Congrats on your 7th anniversary! What fun to spend it in NY. It is a beautiful city! We are here to cheer you on to one-derland!!! YOU can do it!!!
