couldnt believe weight is same.have been so good foodwise this week and done xercise daily with a couple of xtra walks at night totally p####ed off!!!but...i feel lighter..and my clothes arent as tight so im gonna keep it up and maybe next week those bl###dy scales will reply with my hard work!!
