So, even though I've been struggling to stay below 1100 cals, I've managed to take off 1/2 lb, YAY! Only 9.5 lbs to go for goal weight, plenty of time for that. And below is a picture of my first MyPeakChallenge 2020 workout, actually longer than 20 minutes but nothing wrong with that, LOL! I got in a pretty good 2 mile run & walked the rest. Actually, I follow MyPeakChallenge on Instagram, but haven't figured out IG yet. FS is SO MUCH EASIER!!!
65,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Taurie, sometimes cutting calories back to much can be counter productive. You might consider upping your daily intake to about 1400 calories for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Good luck!
