There was just 1 objective for Dec - don’t gain weight! And I managed to do just that with a bonus 1kg loss. Now my life gets back to regular programming LCHF 🤩

Gqibelo, I've just joined :) I'm sick of doddering around in the 70s. I'm doing dry January as well, so it's the perfect time for getting my shizz together. Misskwabakwaba if you don't mind me asking, what did you eat on Christmas Day?

@LowCarbFemmeFit I ate meat (braaid) and a Greek salad with basil pesto instead of a dressing to my hearts content - I wasn’t counting my macros. Opted not to have dessert but made myself a smoothie : frozen berries, mango, double cream plain yoghurt with some coconut water - blitzed in the blender and I was satiated. My go to alcoholic beverage is whisky or Chardonnay as a cooler - both are safe when you’re on LCHF.
