Creeping, but moving. Not Still not documenting as much unless I am questioning calories, but also am still staying around 1500 calories a day.

Can't believe I started this at the end of January.
78,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 30,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,5 kg a la Semana

You are rocking this diet thing and getting so close to your goal...congrats! Good for you that you can get away from documenting everything...for me to stay focused I have to document my food. But as I tell folks - it is all about finding what works for you and you have found a WINNING combo! :-)

Thanks--I think the app and site just enabled me to get into a habit. Kind of cool. Like I said--even I even question at all, I hit up the app. I am such a creature of habit that I pretty much eat the same stuff up until dinner. The weekends and days off are a twist as well. I still don't know what I am going to do when I get to my goal. I am listed as a healthy waist size now (32), and slightly overweight. Once I hit the 168, my BMI will show me as not overweight at all. Don't know if I will try and skin off more or just eat to maintain. Allegedly for my height I am supposed to be 129-169. 129? Get real. I'd turn sideways and you wouldn't see me.

Holy crap - 129 would be anorexic! Maintain the 169 and see how you feel. Maintenance is the hard part...especially if you have been overweight (or chubby) for most of your life. I know from experience on that one. Regardless of where you end up - you look great!!

Thanks! I agree. Don't know what what caloric intake will be to maintain.
