WHAT??? You're telling me that the day after Thanksgiving I'm DOWN a full lb??? I mean, I tried to be good yesterday, followed my plan of just having Turkey, roasted carrots, one bread roll (and it WAS just one!) and a bit of pumpkin pie, but I also had a little wine & a few bites of this whipped chocolate dessert. Dinner was just turkey & vegetables, and I DID walk on the treadmill for about 45 minutes, plus run for about 30. But still, I wasn't expecting to LOSE weight! I'm so excited! I feel like celebrating - non-food, though. I do have a craving for one (just one) grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, it's raining & chilly after all. Yeah, it's a bit high in carbs but I'll stick with meat & veggies for dinner again, plus go to the gym and lift weights. I was hoping to lose 10 lbs by year's end, which I've done. Now for the hard part - KEEPING it off!
