So I've lost another 1/2 lb, but that puts me at 9 lbs total weight loss since October - best I've done all year!!! 1 more lb will get me to my weight loss goal of 10 lbs by year's end. Of course, I'm not expecting to lose much weight THIS week, LOL! Emphasis will be on NOT gaining, so I'm pre-planning my Turkey day meal already. The hard part will be the bread rolls - I can pass on stuffing & mashed potatoes easily enough, and to be honest I really hate Green Bean Casserole, but the bread rolls will be tough. I'm making Pumpkin pies to take to my daughter's house, and will make myself some sugar-free topping to go with it. Also, I won't eat the pie crust - another thing I can easily skip. And of course, stick with my low-cal, high-protein plan for the rest of my meals this week. Fingers crossed! (Maybe just ONE bread roll???)
