I am getting discouraged. I eat well under my RDI and exercise (cardio and machines) at least 3-4 times a week, but nothing is coming off... help me stay motivated... please.... The only thing stopping me from freaking out is that it could be that I am building muscle and my clothes fit better...but..... sigh
72,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Vze1n191'S I am having the same problem no weight loss I am putting it down to muscle being heavier than fat. My friends tell me I am looking better so I must be doing something right.

You may be experiencing water retention as your body gets used to less food. Make sure to be drinking 60 ounces of water, coffee, or tea every day to keep the bloat down. I am at your weight and was having an issue also - I know it's from unrecorded can't, unweighed portions, and not enough vegetables/too many processed carbs. Hang in there. Muscle doesn't build that fast so keep paying attention to the details of what you are eating as well as getting your heart rate up on the cardio days.

If you “just lose weight,” anyone can reduce to BMI23 with dietary management. If you want to change your body type "Food management + weight training + aerobic exercise" Which do you like?
