Thanks, had to stop doing elliptical for a while because it was killing my feet. Doing construction on my house, so lots of up & down on the ladder instead. Almost done insulating (thank god). Furring strips & sheet rock next.

Ohhh, I am not a fan of house repairs. BUT, there sure is a satisfaction seeing what is accomplished, and purposeful "exercise" is great... Somehow it feels more real than being a rodent on a wheel! 😁 Good times! Hang in there! 😁
