94,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 31,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Ganando 0,5 kg a la Semana

errgghhh!! Gained a pound, dang knee, it still hurts, am having a hard time trying to figure out what to do, I think I have a Yoga tape somewhere around here, I bet that would be good for now while I let my knee "heal" or whatever it needs!!! Chao!!!

Some pilates workouts are a lot of floor work, not a lot of stress on the knee. Really works your core! Good luck!

Thanks skinnygirl! You're right, it is a helpless feeling to know you can't exercise too much, but wow19, I think I should dust off my pilates and yoga tapes and do some floor work like you suggested!! Thanks ladies, I just love FS, I've come across a lot of really cool people!!!
