My jaw is still hurting pretty bad, but I hate that I've taken so many days off from exercising again so soon after just starting back from my foot injury. So, I did get up and exercise this morning, but I took it easy. I'm also trying to do some of my "desk work" standing instead of sitting. I thought it might help encourage me to move around more and be less sedentary.
I've lost more weight, but I think some of that is water weight. Either way, that's great. I'm getting closer and closer to my goal. I only have 5 more pounds to go, but I want to start really focusing on toning. Now that I've gotten rid of a lot of fat I want my body to be more defined. Ya, I look better and slimmer (especially with my clothes on), but I look so flabby with my clothes off. Granted I've given birth to 3 children, but I don't want to use that as an excuse to have a body that just doesn't look appealing when I look in the mirror. In other words, I want to look great by next summer so when I put on a swim suite I'm feeling confident about how I look. So, toning here I come.
