down is down. I did have a guilty pleasure of some jelly sweets last night. when shark weel is here I crave sugar so much but instead of chcocolate, I ate some jelly sweets. And I stopped eating way before the whole pack was finished. I am proud. I was 101.9, now 98.1... Hubby was 109.8 and is now 106.1

Frozen banana soy milk and peanut butter is what i call nice-cream and it's a staple hahaha.

Nuttvia just announced it is selling a vegan hazelnut spread. I do miss Nuttvia hahaha. I did buy a vegan spread out of the UK but it is not something I could afford to do all that often. Think it was like $14 aud a jar hahaha

Great stuff, if you try to incorporate some salt in where you can (not too much) it will decrease your craving for sugar. This is mainly because you think your body is needing sugar but you actually might be needing some salt.

I agree on the small pinch of salt into a smoothie is so satisfying.
