Yeah that is true. Kind of weird but I guess unprocessed food is looked down on by many as unhealthy. We live in a weird world

Interesting times right now. Major changes in the public nutritional tone. Old beliefs about carb foods get crushed by new technology like CGM systems, and it becomes clear which public info-sources that are nothing but slaves to their carb producing sponsors. I've seen top politicians wear CGM's and that will put a stop to the lies.

"Keto flu" is a thing: but it is not due to an infection. When you eat a low carb diet, the body sheds sodium and water. This can cause headaches, fuzzy thinking, dizziness, and constipation. Having a cup of salty broth or bouillon typically clears it up within a few minutes.

It is a slow change for acceptance. I think that the current research into relationship between sugar and cancer; and sugar and Alzheimer may have an impact down the line. Just this month Endocrine Connection is publishing yet another story on the possible connection between Alzheimer, glucose and insulin resistance. We had research (by K Hall) come out saying that eating processed foods can make it harder to keep thin but no one really seem to pay much attention to that
