I have just returned from visiting my family in Belgium, and I am actually surprised that I didn't gain MORE weight. My dad thought I was too thin and took me to the best restaurants....
Needles to say that I did not stick to the SLD at all...
I feel okay about it though, and I plan to start it up again after the jet-lag wears off a little:)

60,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg. Aún para ir: 3,5 kg. Dieta seguida: No Aplica.

HI in BElgium Are the BEst restaurants! (I come from Holland ) We had guests over from Home all summer and have been eating out alot so before the next arrives in two weeks I plan to loose my added weight... good luck you too!

Well Nacho, Holland has some good restaurants too, cause I have eaten a lot of "poffertjes" with sugar and whipped cream or butter in Sluis, which is just 10 km away from my home town.... Glad somebody understands.
