I am a fat burning machine. Maybe the cold agrees with me (gasp!). 5 degrees F here, the coldest I have seen in my little place in the 20 years I lived here. AND the wind is HOWLING.

Wowzers!!- look at you go- I wish the cold agreed with me like it does for you- Try and stay safe and warm and don't get caught in the wind (I really don't like wind it gives me the creeps)

Yeah, I had some serious (semi) fasting, some serious workouts, and some serious protein consumption to keep my metabolism up. Had to get in early so I could not park in my usual spot because of a time restriction. I just went to move my car so I could walk a mile or so back and forth (plus parking is free). Another snow storm predicted for tomorrow so more shoveling coming up. Stay warm!
