Ugh. Beer. I had 2.5 yesterday...yummy dark beer with lots of calories...and I also had a brownie and 3 mini heath bars this morning...I hope the rest of the day will be better!

haha. I had two beers yesterday as well... bluepoint lager. yummmm. :) but guess what? weighed myself this morning and i'm down another pound. so i guess that means it's not the end of the world! if you go to the gym tonight and you won't feel so bad about the sweets.... good luck!!!
