I know... it's been a little harder mentally to work on my food portions than I thought! I am still in the high, but I am determined to bring it down by my b-day and am also going to gym! No excuses to make this time, the weekend was pretty bad food wise, I did manage to go to gym and did cardio 400kcal, but that's just not enough!
Hope to fix it this week, soups are on my menu for lunch for sure!
