Well, no real progress. Even though I picked up a perscription of Meridia, I rarely remember to take it and I feel out of control with my eating. I am going to "re-commit" at the beginning of September when summer is officially over as are hopefully my excuses. I am not happy but apparently not miserable enough to make changes.
