Happy to see it coming off quickly-last week’s gain. Yesterday was going great until John wanted to go watch the Buc’s game at Finley’s. I am afraid my affinity for IPA was reignited in NC and had 3, yes 3😖 JainLai‼️. Had 1 1/3 Rueben Rolls and some French Onion soup. I should have just had 6 chicken wings and been done with it. Oh well. I did do two wall sits and 61 minutes of walking and today I am going to sweat in the garden, trimming and weeding, etc...
86,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
