i have fallen off the wagon. stress is the culprit. my husband and i have moved in with my 83 year old father in order to be primary care givers. let me just say, whew. i have never worked so much in my life. there you have it. i plan to get back on track with weight watchers, but really need some encouragement. help me, please!

What a wonderful thing that you are able to help out your ailing father - I'm sure it is hard work, but its a labour of love. Don't worry about the diet and exercize right now, it will come as soon as your settled into your new home & routine. Good luck to you and your family!!
