Diario de KaroBell, 20 ago. 19

It has been hard especially when days are so short and in combination I need to sleep at least 7 hours, eat 5 meals every 2/3 hours and also find time to count and prep my food not to mention also have time to eat.
Between work, maintaining my home and take care of my dog it is hard to manage everything smoothly.
However I have been feeling much better I can tell my body is creating more energy and is cleanning itself, I am going to the bathroom at least once a day and I am very excited to make this changes .
Today 8/20/2019 I am adding workout to my routine, I am trying not to think about the stress that will come with adding one more thing to my plate to manage that will be again 1,5 hour added to my day - I want this and I want to do it gradually so I have understanding and prepare well (unfortunately I am profectionist )it sounds crazy to say that but finding the right time it is very hard as again I work 12 hours, need to now spend at least 2 hours on prep and consuming food and and also have time to shower, take care of my home and dog .
61,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
