Another 1/2 lb down - slow going, but that's okay as long as it's going DOWN! I probably went a little high on calories yesterday, so I see I need to keep the calories below 1400. I also managed to run a little yesterday on my treadmill, a little over 20 minutes. Funny enough, today I feel like I did about 100 situps! I should get my new running shoes either today or tomorrow. Yesterday it rained and ws much cooler, but it will be back in the mid to upper 90s for the rest of the week - ugh! I love fall weather, but it's still August so that will be another month or so. In the meantime, keep on keeping on....
