This was sad news indeed this morning. Going to focus on veggies and fruit. Hitting the grocery store today to do a shop it and chop it for the fridge. 3 L of water a day seems to be ample for me - where I feel my best.
Hopefully tomorrow will bring better news - off to orange theory.
