10 st 6lbs Fat 25.4% No WW. A pound off since I started Mon is ok, not the usual 1st week boost of water loss but a) it wasn't a full week and b) with menopausal symptoms I wasn't sure if it was going to be a real uphill struggle to lose anything at all. So I don't really mind, and it's not like I made an ENORMOUS effort, just pushed myself to commit to meeting my step count and tracking again. Then Thurs I accidentally ate within only an 8hr window, and you hear all this buzz about 16:8 IF being so good for cholesterol and pre-diabetes, both of which I'm flirting with, so I thought I'd see if I could keep it up, and have done so far so we'll see...
66,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
