Wish the weight loss was deliberate. I’m having some digestive issues and can’t eat very much without getting pretty sick. Would rather be healthy than lose weight this way.

i have issues too. it's a process figuring out what foods irritates me and to delete it from my diet. I have finally controlled that acid reflux issues that I also been having. Just keep track what made you have issues .
