Diario de brobers, 27 jul. 19

So I've been on the road for 23 days. Attempted to eat decent, vacationed, ate more food on the road. Did some walking for work and a little physical work on vacation. I think that counteracted the not eating well/following the routine. One more week of travel and maybe I can get back on track.
