Diario de JLThreatful, 26 jul. 19

Kind of expected a gain eventually here - first one is kind of discouraging so I was bracing for it. But still going down (small office dance)

Staying the course. Sleep interrupted but having great workouts. Drank 4 L of water yesterday - Going to try for 5 today. I am managing to stay below my 1300 RDI. But will have to make a stirfry today to get through tonight. The only way I can stay true is to enter my meals ahead of time. Also am fasting through breakfast because if I leave that much time for myself to eat in a day I over eat, especially since I'm kicking the alcohol addiction. Doing well. Routine at the gym is working and I feel better than I have in a very long time.
57,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

4l? 5!! You don’t need that much and your excess fat won’t leave with your pee :) other than that continue 💪 doing great!
