I was bad this last weekend and had krispy kreme donuts and April's chicken enchiladas. I really rigged out on the donuts and I am paying the price because I ganesh three pounds. Basically I wasted an entire week because I also haven't exercised at all either! I am going to start tomorrow. No more excuses! I pray fer me!
