AHHHHH what happened to me!!!! I have not even been paying attention to anything that gets close to my mouth. With all the birthdays and vacations I've picked up 5 extra pounds!!!
I am determined to get my self back in line beginning Monday. We have some family stuff this weekend so I know it will be difficult to begin a regimen. I've already told my hubby that he better enjoy this last weekend because there will be no more crap food in out house.
I also didn't realize it had been sooo long since I have signed in here...I've got to do better. I'm looking forward to getting back in the game and dropping these extra pounds and then some. Wish me lots of self discipline!!!
