ok this is my morning weigh in. I forgot to do it last night. we spent all day outside doing things. We ended the day with an hour and 20 min about 10 mile bike ride. It was crazy! Needless to say my legs are a little sore. Anyway I am makeing myself eat breakfast, something I am horrible at! We will see how today goes!
