This has been a hard journey for me. AFter LA closed in January, I joined Weight Watchers. I have not lost anymore, and keep teeter-tottering over the same 5 lbs. Ugh! I am not gaining, so I guess that is ok. I have always had a hard time losing weight, with the exception of LA. That was the best program for me. I need the accountability of being weighed, and showing my journal I guess. Has anyone else had the same probelem?
