Diario de OldBayMare, 30 jul. 10

Well, I'm obviously not doing too well with the journal. I am following my own diet plan and I am trying to slowly make permanent changes that I know I can stick with for life. The first thing I did (and the hardest so far) has been giving up any kind of sugary drinks. I L-O-V-E-D sweet tea and used to drink at least 64 ounces a day! Then I also drank Dr Pepper occasionally. But for the last 2 weeks I haven't had anything to drink except unsweet tea and water (and 1% milk). Then I started trying to drink more water throughout the day. I've been doing well with that - drinking at least 64 ounces a day! Then I started reducing my portion sizes and we've started trying to eat at home instead of eating out every night. That helps alot with the portion control. Now my plan is to gradually improve my food choices.

So far its working since I've gone from 205 to 194 in about 3 weeks!
87,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
