Diario de TRPiJiu, 20 may. 19

Well, I injured myself last week, so I can't exercise properly. And then I caught a cold, so I was not eating normally. So it's a blooming miracle my weight went down slightly. Now to try to eat normally again and not have my weight bounce back. And find a way to exercise that doesn't involve anything remotely related to walking...like weight lifting, maybe?
81,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
