I'm noticing a trend- complain about slow or minimal loss in my journal, then the next day record a large loss! This may lead to an increase in whining, haha :)

87,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 28,2 kg. Aún para ir: 14,9 kg. Dieta seguida: 100%.

that is awesome! If it is true for everyone I should have a huge loss this next monday I have bellyached a ton.. so woot for the loss and yay?! for the complaining :)
