so yesterday I didn't weigh in????
lol here's a recap on Wednesday:
I had a lot to accomplish yesterday and it was very productive 😊

I don't regularly train with my coaches on Wednesday so I had to her my workout done on my own. So luckily my girl Amy has a spin class Wednesday nights! I did my cardio with her and my workout was hanging leg raises with obliques added, a row, and an OH press.
I also did a little leg work but the gym was packed and everything was being used. But Any did have us off the bike 3x doing burpees, push-ups, reverse lunges, kettlebell swings, and squats. Not to mention all the cycle work!
51,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
