Feeling a little better and I think going to my church group last night really helped and that is a good thing. Am really trying to get below the 180 and it is only 3.4 pounds away. Have a problem tonight as I am going to a dinner at Knights of Columbus so should work out really hard today on the treadmill so that I don't gain.
