Another great weigh-in. Was expecting a low one. I'm now under the 15 stones at about 14 stone 11 lb. I've also smashed well though the 100lb barrier. My starting weight here is the slimmed down version. On June 12th I weighed just over 311 lb & I'd also slimmed down to that. My original starting weight is Unknown, just heavier than 311 by far.
Cycled to the gym & had a hard, but fantastic cardio session. Celebrated with a nice mackerel sandwich with good old wholemeal brown bread with No butter. Onwards to the next goal. Smashing the 200lb is my next target.
